I went round and helped Ms K to get the bags out of the room and to go through them - most of them were kitchen items or clothes which we sorted into the right spaces. Ms K was seemed to be happy that we'd been able to sort through and find the things she needed (eg towels) as well as getting rid of things she didn't want, and we had a good chat while I was there!
