I was 3 mins late as I was struggling to find the entrance to the flat even with Google Map’s help, unusual I know.

Ms R was happy to see me. Immediately after I sat down, I realised that she was expecting someone to change the battery for her CPU. I then read out the mission and she still surprised. Anyway, i got on to her laptop as she recently had her router replaced and no connection since. Am a Mac person so struggles to find what the situation was, also with her losing her password for Facebook and Gmail. I was there longer than expected and this time Google did help a bit. I also showed a video to her and demonstrated what she might need for her laptop to work.

She was very happy when I left her as she is able to use either Facebook/gmail to re-connect with her family and friend.
