Saturday 21st March

3 GoodGymmers arrived on this sunny morning to support Edible High Town. There was a big ol bag of compost which needed transporting to planters located a few streets away. Rachel led the charge and gave us our instructions, navigating with wheelbarrow and tools in tow. Then we got to work shovelling the compost in to some planters which had helpfully been labelled up ready for our arrival. Then it was time to pack up and job done! Great work team. 😊
Edible High Town looks after 8 little patches on public land in High Town, Luton. People of all ages and abilities come together to grow fruit, vegetables and flowers for all to share. We meet to garden on Friday mornings and you can garden in your own time once you're set up.
