A very soggy start was replaced with a dry enough spell for a delayed start to GoodGym Bristol's Lets Lift The Curfew first run after the clocks went back - when many women feel unsafe running in the dark. We run all through the winter at GoodGym Bristol so Tuesday evenings will see us leaving Workout at 6.30 - pop along at 6.20 so we're ready to leave on time.

A "harbour loop" 5km-ish run with litter-picking on the way was a great way to keep people warm and chatting until we were all back at Workput for a cup of tea (or pint of cider) wishing Ed well on his way to Senegal for volunteering at the youth Olympics, even though the volunteers aren't being given shoes in their kit - scandal! And fabulous to have Gozde and Marie join us for the first time - looking forward to seeing you when the tine next fits in. We'll be here whenever youre around on a Tuesday.

And its Eats after the Group Run/Walk - even mote reason to pop along next week.

(Photo is from the walk home when the weather was lovely!)
