It was a chilly morning in the beautiful Osterley Park but a hardy band of junior parkrunners, parents and volunteers rolled out of bed and into the autumn morning. A great community turn out.

Breda and Harvey held up the GoodGym side, donning the requisite high vis and marshaling at key points on the course.

The junior runners were in great spirits, with barely a grumpy face in sight! When they were done, they quickly departed to get warm and, one would hope, head off home for hot chocolate, because that would the perfect end to a perfect morning!
