Mr P was unaware of the overgrown nature of his garden until I showed him the "before" photo as he is bed bound.

What he thought was a strim and mow the grass mission was more of a hack back a buddleia, remove old sawn off branches, built a massive pile of cuttings (got it as tall as me!) and find the grass mission.

Unfortunately the strimmer didn't have any cable so I couldn't cut the grass fully back once I'd got to it but I sheared down the worst of it.

I let Mr P know what I'd done, showed him the photos and shared information about the council's garden waste collection and Age UK gardening service. He'd obviously loved his garden previously so hopefully he can get some help to keep it under control. 🤞
