I went on a rainy cold GoodGym community mission to help Park Run Hampstead together with Kubilay a new runner at goodgym barnet. My trusted dog companion, Gus was also with us. It was unbelievably muddy, and wet. I scanned the first runner over the line and he was covered in the stuff! Well done all the other volunteers for marshalling, handing out tokens and scanning . It’s good fun and everybody seems grateful for our volunteering effort
