Leanne and I met on a glorious sunny morning to continue cutting down the willow at Park Grove Primary Academy. Armed with saws and loppers we set about chopping/sawing down the branches. As we had a cut just about head height we quickly got 'saw' arms so Gary kindly brought a box to stand in. Leanne continued sawing whilst I worked on the felled bits ensuring they were ready for the children to make into dens. After moving everything to the play area and taking a selfie with saws (not very easy!) we were done!

This will improve the access to a dedicated green space for autistic children and young adults . Many struggle to leave the home due to high anxiety. This wild place can give them to space to relax and garden with their families.
