To apologize for the lack of pun in the title, I offer this consolation prize: "Did you know you can't run through a campsite? You can only ran... because it's past tents".

Last Saturday, our fantastic band of GoodGym'ers rocked up again to save the day, and protect the general public from the most dangerous elements of British summer weather, also known as rain and wind.

For some of us it was an early start, helping set up the square from scratch or the farmers market and the food festival. We (literally) put our shoulders into it and had the tents pop up in no time. A second team arrived later in the afternoon, being able to sample the market first, and helped switch around the market into a food court for the rest of the evening. After some careful navigation of the light fixtures and festival attendees, we had everything where it needed to be, enjoyed a coffee and went our ways.

GCDA was incredibly grateful as always, and so were all the market traders and the public that made use of the tents in the changing weather.
