After just under a 3 mile walk I arrived at my final drop off.,a quick refreshment stop at Central Park…must keep hydrated.
A little concerned as no reply but a quick call was all it took to speak to my last recipient ( she was on her way back from a hospital appointment)
Only had to wait a few minutes for her to arrive…medication dropped off meant time to head home.
Decided O had earned a lolly so stopped off for a FAB before a gentle stroll through Manor Park Cemetery and a glimpse at a VC holders memorial.
Second park of the day Forest Lane Park (Magpie Park) got to see the cygnets
