Another beaut of a morning helping out at Saltwell Junior parkrun and a huge welcome back to Katy and baby Nico. He was by far the most smiley marshal on the course today, and definitely the coolest in his epic shades!

Fifty children turned out to run Junior parkrun today and we provided nine volunteer roles with eight of us helping out. I was on my favourite job of Timekeeping today while Deb and Tanya tail walked, Katy, Michael, Louise and Aimee marshalled and Charlotte doubled up on tokens and first timer's welcome.
