Abi and I made are way to Islington to help Mrs E and her son dispose of a mattress from an up stairs bedroom in order to make way for a hospital bed. With face masks on it was quick work and we soon had the mattress outside ready for disposal by the council. It was nice to chat With Abi and reminisce on the Good old days of goodgym group runs. Hopefully one day Abi!
