Get Rid of & Donate needed a hand moving their donated items from one storage facility to another, so on Thursday evening five of us arrived to help out.

We split into two groups to tackle two main tasks:

  • Bagging up the donated clothes ready to be put in the van to move to the new storage units

  • Sorting out the children’s toys, games and books into boxes ready to move on another day

After a good hour, we’d loaded the trolleys with the bagged clothes ready to take up to the van and sorted the toys and games into boxes. Feeling happy that we made a dent in the donation sorting, lifting, and shifting, we headed off in all different directions.

Well done team and good luck to the next two groups of GoodGymmers helping over the next couple of days!
