I got the call from Goodgym Martel with the Kingston Council to collect and deliver medications for Mrs M. Along with my Goodgym house mate I ran up the hill to the pharmacy, down the hill again to Mrs M's house to deliver the goods and home again in a nice 6km loop! A great leg stretcher after a day at home - just what the doctor ordered!
