What a day!

When we arrived, the preparation was already in full swing. Catherine and a few other people from the Parkview community were gearing up for a day of activities!

We helped to set-up an area for children to paint their Christmas tree of choice. The trees were cut out of cardboard paper by the Good Gym a week earlier and were ready to be painted. But what would a Christmas tree be without decoration!? We dedicated a separate area to this, and we also helped to cut out some nice baubles of all different kinds of colors.

After many nice painted Christmas trees that were taken home by the families, it was ready to clean up and leave the space to how we found it.

The children absolutely loved all the playing, painting, decorating but in some cases I think the adults loved it even more!
