Today, GoodGym good eggs Michael and Flo went to help out with Cardiff Junior parkrun.

Today was eggs-tra special as it is Easter Sunday! An amazing 91 juniors came out today - bravely postponing the eating of their chocolate - so that they could take part.

Two Juniors achieved their half marathon wristbands today, and one Junior achieved their ultra marathon wristband!!!

Both Michael and Flo were marshalling, at different points on the course, and made sure to cheer the runners all the way to their finish. There was a bit of a scramble to the finish for some runners, but luckily there were no poached positions. The sun started to come out at the end, so thankfully no runners got fried during the event.
