Mr T has been struggling to get to the shops due to ill health so he wanted to try online shopping instead. When it comes to technology, nothing is as simple as it seems, especially on an older laptop. We had to download a new browser and work through some other issues but eventually after 2 hours we managed to get a shop ordered for tomorrow evening. The process of setting up his online order tired out both Mr T and his laptop so we agreed that he will request another mission in a few weeks to talk him through the process again. This should be a much quicker task as his shopping list and delivery details are now saved.
