My regular Friday visit to Ms J was as nice as ever. It was a bright afternoon which lifts her spirits as she's nearly blind and cloudy days seem darker than usual.

Half way through the visit, her lovely neighbour dropped in and we had chatted about many a things. I left them to catch up over tea but it was great to see Ms. J again.
