Four GoodGym runners met today for a sunny afternoon of good hard work at the farm.

We had two main tasks for today: digging some top soil from on side of the farm to carry it to the riverside garden, and aerating the muck that had been gathered in the same area to prep for planting.

Despite being just the four of us, we divided and conquered and got quite a lot of work done in only two hours.

After all the hard work, we got to spend some quality time feeding the greedy goats. We were told that most of the goats are currently pregnant, so there will be lots of brand new kids in the farm in May, we're certainly looking forward to seeing them!
