3 GoodGymmers made their way to Holy Trinity Church Foodbank, 2 of us straight from the previous task at St Matthews, double helping. Once again a que of people waiting for opening time to receive their food parcels.

It is truely heart warming the service foodbanks give to our community in greatest need. The HTL foodbank are in desparate need of volunteers, which we were honoured to help their valued volunteer who has helped for 10 years and he's a pleasure to be with telling us many of his stories.

Really rewarding experience, weldone and thankyou for your support team, really appreciated by Holly Trinity too. Deffinatly an upper body workout especially on the double crates! Best way to do good and get fit.
