I rode over to St Marks Church in Surbiton to help do some weeding in the churchyard and met Michael in the churchyard. We had a good chat about his new caravan and the fact that he used to own a narrow boat - which looked like a very entertaining way to holiday - but now it was all about the road rather than the river. We waited to see if anyone else would turn up and when they didn't he decided to postpone the task. Too many heavy jobs for me on my lonesome! We bid each other a lovely day and I will wait to see which of his weekends are free to go back and help out at the Church.
