Ms. S lives just a hop skip and a jump away from me, so today's mission was an excellent excuse to get out for some fresh air on my lunch break.

Since I've already been a victim to black ice this week, I opted to walk, rather than run the slippy paths to the pharmacy.

It was lovely to have a quick doorstep catch up with Ms. S and her dog when I dropped off her prescription as she was one of my 'regulars' during the first lockdown.
