We returned to Mousehold Allotments to continue the work we started there a couple of weeks ago.
Firstly, we have a few mentions:
A big welcome to Vicky, who joined us for her first GoodGym task.
Well done to Sam who was completing her 50th GoodGym deed!
Congratulations to Woody who was completing his 100th GoodGym deed!!
The jobs this week set by Lizzie and Will were: 1) to lay down cardboard on the middle area. 2) load compost into a wheelbarrow 3) transport the compost and spread it over the card board 4) remove as many old ground sheets from the ground as possible
We discovered lots of little frogs in the grass areas, so were extra careful of those. It was great to see that none of us had a fear of frogs.
Everyone did a great job.

This evening was Bingo with the residents at Dell Rose Court.
One of the residents was adamant he would be Bingo caller and had complete control of the situation. This allowed me to take part for once and I even won the 2nd game.... probably the last time I'll be allowed to play teehee.
The residents loved having us there, it was an all round lovely evening with all of us interacting with each other.

GoodGym Norwich stalwart Bobby and a couple of his local community members help set up this task.
We welcomed Joe to his first GoodGym Norwich session, having completed over 100 good deeds at our friends over in GoodGym Chelmsford.
It was great to see Sarah and Tom back after their stint living in New Zealand.
The task tonight was to dig out an area of grass to create a new wildflower meadow.
One bonus of the recent wet weather is that the turf came up easily so we could plough through the task. It was cold but at least it stayed dry.
Well done everyone.

We had a great turn out this evening, as we always do at Norwich Foodbank.
The main tasks were sorting though donations and putting together Xmas bags.
Our annual December visit always kick starts Xmas.
Well done everyone, Keith and the Norwich Foodbank are so appreciative of us helping them.
