Four Good Gymers supported Green Hearts to clear weeds and brambles from overgrown allotment spaces for those waiting to grow their own veg. There was a significant amount of overgrown brambles and by clearing these it will help the reduction of allotment waiting lists in Norwich.

Judy completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Judy was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

Judy is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Meadowlark-ing About

Today 7 GoodGymer's ran, cycled and walked to join the Friends of Anderson's Meadow local gardening group.

Tools were provided along with refreshments! We helped clear an area of overgrown unwanted plants to create a wild flower patch, improving the areas biodiversity.

Once the surface had been cleared and litter removed, some wildflower seeds were sown and stomped into the ground. We also erected a bamboo and twine fence to protect the plant growth.

In one hour the task was complete on a lovely sunny day!
