Joanna Callaghan has done their first good deed with GoodGym.

Joanna is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Every litter bit helps!

Poole Report written by Sophie Cuff

Three goodgymers, Joanna, Emma and Sophie, met in baiter park for a rather wet and windy litter pick. We did not ‘waste’ any time and got stuck in, collecting all the litter we saw along our 2.5k route. Although there didn’t seem to be much litter, we managed to fill one large bin bag. Some notable finds include: a Pokémon card, a sock, a towel and a Christmas mug!

Joanna Callaghan earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.

Joanna completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Joanna was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

Total White Out

Bournemouth Report written by Janet Beauchamp

Goodgym returned to the Auger Collective to put a second coat of white on the gallery walls. Lovely to meet Romy for her first Goodgym session and also to welcome back Alina, Sanduni and Chamidu. Amanda was all set up with two stations of paint trays and rollers and we got stuck straight in. In record time we were finished and even managed to clean the floor afterwards. Great job everyone!

Two become one…

Poole Report written by Kimberley Powell (She/her)

Three Poole Goodgymers joined their friends of the Bournemouth group to help the Walk for Wards event at Upton Country Park.

Whilst the Bournemouth group were heading off ahead of the participants that were walking the 3,5 and 8k route the Poole Goodgymers were marshaling cheering on and ensuring everyone was heading in the right direction.

It felt like they had every type of weather that morning but it was a wonderful event!

Thank you Walk for Wards for having us
