Another unique eventful day at the cafe with loud cheers from attendees as artiste J’s baritone voice echoed through the room.

Today’s activity at the cafe was fun as usual with @Charmaine and Abim keeping fit with their dancing routine.

Every Friday is a good day at the cafe because there is always something to celebrate. Having more goodgymers around will be of great help to @Charmaine and Abim.

A wet morning with a slow start but ended super well with @charmaine, Abim and other volunteers swinging to full gear.

@Charmaine and @Abim never gets tired keeping fit and doing good at the cafe. Impressive turnout today!

Tables and chairs were set for a few due to summer vacations but there was a big turnout lol. We were glad to have @Tiger showing up to lend a hand in ensuring participants were well comfortably supported throughout the event as we had over four birthday celebrants to sing and dance with.

The cafe venue today had a huge turnout with so much fun with seated dance moves with a karaoke and great performance from the Sundon park goodgym duo @Charmaine and @Abim.

The goodgym trio @Musa, @Charmaine and @Abim pushed and pulled to get the hall ready for the day and a bit of sweating to keep the hall sparkling after the event.

3 Goodgymers supported Breakfast Battery Boxes on the last day of their May half-term project. Working with members of the BBB team Martin , Abim and Charmaine, did their bit to see that families and vulnerable individuals did not go hungry over the school break. Well done team 👏

Today was the first day of Breakfast Battery Boxes May half-term project, where they are supporting local families who need a little extra support during the school break, with a food parcel. After receiving a large donation from a local business and adding the extra stock to the shelves, people soon started coming through the door. Charmaine helped the team out front on meet and greet duties whilst I helped Abim in the stock room, preparing the parcels. Well done team. We were able to celebrate 🍾 🙌 ❤️ ✨️ a milestone for Abim today as she officially has her wings, 100 not out. A true Luton Goodgym legend.
