Support for York's Gypsy and Traveller Communities and our local neighbours.

YTT aims to enhance the vibrant and resourceful Gypsy and Traveller Communities in York and surrounding areas. We want to build a bridge between GTC and others to promote community cohesion and increase opportunities and life chances for all. YTT believes this is the most positive way to reduce inequalities and fight discrimination. We run a community centre in Clifton where as well as structured groups, classes and support we host a public living room and free food stall open to all local residents.

6 committed goodgymers braved the wind and rain to finish off delivering leaflets for York Travellers Trust.

We divided up into 3 teams and made swift work before heading our separate ways to dry off!

We helped York Travellers trust promote their services by delivering some leaflets. A surprisingly short task due to our efficiency /lack of leaflets so we'll be back next week to finish off!
