There was an impressive turnout at the cafe today with just two goodgymers available to support. @Charmine and Abim burned a few calories sweating it out to keep the hall space clean and tidy the arrival attendees. Both ladies chuckled as they kept fit whilst putting the mess away in a timely way.

The morning showers didn’t stop the Goodgym Luton trio ( @Charmaime, @Musa and @Abim) from making it a day . It was a karaoke 🎤 session with multiple performance by various upcoming artists.

The goodgym Trio had their red t-shirts on display at the cafe today to enjoy the beautiful shiny Friday weather. Today's event went on well with so much snacks and drinks to go round to celebrate with the birthday attendee.

What a lovely welcoming weather it is today after a short easter break! @Charmaine and Abim were up and about to get venue sorted to welcome participants back to the cafe for tea and fun!
