Tonight we're back to this lovely community garden, which used to be neglected scrubland opposite Wandsworth prison, to spread a massive load of woodchip over the paths and walkways that we didn't manage to cover the last time we were there.
It's great fun, and we'll be helping out this much loved space. Afterwards we'll pop over to Wandsworth Common to do a fitness session, before getting back to our start location for 20:30. There's a safe place to leave our bags, and a back marker so that nobody is ever left behind. Any questions just drop me a line on email@example.com
Join us for a task that benefits the community and a fitness session. There's a safe place to change and leave bags and a back marker so nobody is ever left behind.
Tonight we're off to a resource centre in Battersea, where people with physical disabilities can meet friends, have fun and achieve things together. Leonard Cheshire Disability is a charity supporting disabled people in the UK and around the world to fulfill their potential and live the lives they choose.
We'll be helping out the centre by washing their outside windows and giving the area a good weeding and tidying. Then we'll pop off to Battersea Park for a good fitness session.
Come and join us make a difference in YOUR local community. We'll even throw in a fitness session afterwards!
This week we are going to the amazing Harding House in Wandsworth, a residential care home for the hard of hearing and deaf. They need the garden sorted out - clearing, weeding, digging beds and making the place ready for Spring.
We'll be back by 8:30, there's a back marker so that nobody is left behind, and a safe place to store your bags.
Drop me an email if you have any questions on firstname.lastname@example.org
Start 2018 right!
Every week we run to a great community organisation in Wandsworth, do a job for them and then run back. But not before getting a fitness session in!
This week we're down to our favourite community garden, where we will be doing jobs that make the gardens a place the residents are proud of having.
It's not a long run, and we always have a back marker so nobody is left behind. After the task we'll do a bit of a fitness session before making it back to the BAC by 8:30.
There's a safe place at the start location to leave our bags, and a bar for drinks afterwards!
A few weeks ago we started painting a huge fence at a local primary school. This week we're back to finish the job!
We'll then run to Wandsworth Common to do a lovely fitness session.
Don't forget there's always a backmarker so nobody ever gets left behind, and somewhere to get changed and store your bag.
Come and join us for a Monday night full of fitness, fun and making a difference.
Document checks are required to run to help older people.
This doc check:
- will take you less than 15 mins.
- is before a group run, but you don’t have to join the run if you don't want to.
- is a chance to meet your local trainer.
- is a good time to get some training and fitness advice if you're new to running.
Please sign up by Monday, Oct 23 at 17:00PM so we can let Anastasia know who to expect.

Every week we run to somewhere in the local community to help out, then do a fitness session before heading back.
This week we're running in the Clapham area. We'll be forming a human chain to deliver a load of leaflets for this very special charity. Then we'll knock out a fitness session before heading back to the BAC by 20:30.
There is always a back marker so nobody gets left behind, and somewhere to change and store our bags safely.
