Three GoodGym volunteers assisted Vauxhall Garden Community Centre foodbank, core volunteers with food deliveries, sorting, and packing food donations for families in need . It's all for a good cause and the vibes are souper, there are lots of friendly faces, plenty of laughts, and just enough lifting to count as a workout.
