The BIG return to London Grown

The BIG return to London Grown
Back in January 80 runners met at London Grown to help create London's biggest community growing space. They made great progress, but there is still more that needs to done. You can check out how they got on here.
It was such a great day, having some many GoodGym runners in one place made it even better.
So on Saturday 11th March we are heading back in our masses to finish the job, with lots of digging, raking and lifting you are guaranteed a full body workout.
The London Grown Workers' Co-operative are hoping to transform the derelict land in order to grow organic vegetables and fruit for the local people to buy at affordable prices and to show people how to grow local affordable food - if you're interested, they will be teaching every Monday from March 2017.
It is great to have the support of Team London too.
So what are you waiting for?
Please make sure you are signed by midday on Friday 10th March

Camden
Belsize Park shape up

Ms S in Camden has an unruly garden that she would like some order restored in. Ms S doesn't think that this will take very long, but she is really unhappy with it at moment. Ms S is frustrated that she cannot do this herself, so would like 2-3 runs to spend an hour helping her.
- Are you free on Saturday 18th February at 11.30am?
- Ms S lives about a minute from Belsize Park station
Please sign up by 3pm on Friday 17th of February
All confirmation emails will be sent to you by the end of the day of Friday

Stephen has forgone the usual weekend routine. Instead of lie-ins, roasts and strolls around the park Stephen has dropped everything to run a GoodGym mission for someone who needed help. Respect

Stephen has just done something they've never done before. Stephen has just run a mission; they've changed their running route and run to help someone who really needed their help.

Congratulations to Stephen who is now Mission Verified. They're now ready to start running GoodGym missions to help older people and running alone to community mission. Give Stephen a cheer to kickstart their mission running career.

Wandsworth
Do Good, get fitter

Join us this Monday as we do some good in our local area! We will meet at Battersea Arts Centre at 18:30 where there will be a place to leave our bags, then we will head out to do some good for a local charity, do a fitness session, then head back to our start point.
This week we're back to Wendelsworth community garden to finish moving the huge pile of paving stones we started shifting a couple of weeks ago. We have 4 trolleys and need as many pairs of hands as possible!
As always there will be a backmarker so that no one will ever get left behind. If you have any concerns about the run then drop me a line at ana@goodgym.org
See you there, Wandsworth!
