Karen has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Karen is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.
Karen earned their community cape by completing their first community mission. 😎

Karen earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Karen completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Karen was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

FACT: A deliverable is a tangible (or intangible) good or service produced as a result of a project that is intended to be delivered to a customer. Boom, these guys smashed those deliverables by getting food to families that need it most!.
Here's what Muhammad had to say about his first time GoodGym experience:
"It was a good positive experience. The food parcels were organised and labelled at the collection centre with complete delivery address. I was happy to help a family in this time of need."
Along with Muhammad we had lots of others taking part in GoodGym for the first time. HUGE welcome to Tom, Nin, Kay, Sarah and Karen too.
