More Great Work on the Danson Woodland Pathways 🧹

Straight after park run we’ll be meeting Lyn for our instruction to what needs doing. Following on from the Wild Festival Lyn says she has some great ideas to implement. It’s always a great morning at Danson park 👊🏻😃
Meeting Lyn in the usual spot by the woodlands path. Any problems with location let me know before hand Tim

Picking Litter and Climbing Hills
Great task today and as always the litter didn't disappoint. Whats great about our Lesness Woods tasks is that we get a great walk and chat in so not only are we helping our local woodlands we're helping each other. Another bag full done and dusted

All Goodgymers BOOK’ED in before the expiry date 📚
Wow, what a glorious morning for a Goodgym task. The team met at Welling Library to take on the front, side and Back. In fact no page was left unturned as we chopped, weeded and swept making the library look absolutely fabulous again.

Litter Pick and Wood Walk 🌲

We’ll get the litter pickers out and take on the hills of Lesness woods. Meeting at the the metal sign entrance on Woolwich road we’ll make our way round on a 3K hilly route of the woods picking litter up along the way.
Hope to see you there.

Welling Library Tidy Up 📚

We’re back at the library and we’ll be allowed to talk and make noise 🤣 We’ll need to pull weeds, give a sweep and cut back the usual bushes.
Hope to see you there.

Wow, Gemma has completed a 12 month mission streak. That means they've cleared gardens, moved furniture and changed light bulbs in spring, summer, autumn and even winter. Show your support and give them a massive cheer!

Spending a penne
Today we were at the Bexley Foodbank helping the manager Gill unload two vans of donated food - mostly pasta and tinned tomatoes - and reorganising crates in the store rooms.
It's been a while since we are last here and it was nice to be back. It was also a good workout, carrying all those crates!
As they say, 'Many hands make light work' and we had the job done in no time.
Crate work everyone!
