Run to take down Christmas decorations

Mon 2 Jan 18:30 pm
Battersea Arts Centre, Lavender Hill, London, SW11 5TN
Battersea Bridge community centre need help after Christmas

Come and join us for the first run of 2017 and start the year the way you mean to go on!

We'll be running down to Battersea to help out at the community centre, taking decorations down and giving a the place a good clean.

Then we'll run over to the park to do a tasty little fitness session.

It's the perfect way to work off the excesses of the festive season, and help making 2017 the best year yet for your borough.

It's a shortish run, but as always there will be a backmarker so nobody ever gets left behind.

Happy 2017 Wandsworth!

Long(ish) run to Granard Primary School

Mon 7 Nov 18:30 pm
Battersea Arts Centre, Lavender Hill, London, SW11 5TN
The school needs our help with an overgrown area and relining a pond

Granard Primary School in Putney needs GoodGym Wandsworth!

We'll start with a lovely run down to Putney. Once we're there, we're needed to lay a weed membrane and bark chippings, renew an overgrown nature area- part of which is a pond which needs relining, and do some fence painting.

Don't worry about the length of the run, as always there will be options to take public transport at least part of the way (so bring along your oyster card just in case), and there will always be a back marker.

This is a big job, so we need as many runners as possible to help out this primary school in need.

See you there, Wandsworth!
