6 Luton Goodgymers joined Friends of Leagrave Park, Kev from ABCD-IN-LUTON and Spiderman on the monthly community litterpick.
As ever lots of interesting finds around the park, bags of tiles, cans, take away food, a drum kit, a scooter and the almost obligatory shopping trolley 🛒. In total whelmed to collect around 30 bags of rubbish 🗑 . Great effort by all involved. Well done 👏 ✔️ 👍🏻 👌 😀

We had a wonderful time hosting, welcoming people, preparing food, serving, taking a quick trip to the shop to get extra bits when we ran out, dancing, singing, cleaning, tidying and building strong bonds amongst the community members of Sundon Park and other areas of Luton.

No one was left out at the cafe today! 7 -goodgymers made it so memorable for all participants.

Its Friday again! No two Fridays at the cafe is the same with increased number of Artiste talent of display. A big shout out to regular goodgymers who helps to keep the hall sparkling clean every Friday.

15years already?!!! Yes! Singing Cafe celebrated her 15th anniversary cheerfully with all founding members , past and current volunteers present to grace the day. We also had Cllr Clive Mead for Sundon Park present. Goodgymers - Sam, Gloria, Revd. Charmaine and Abim were not left out in the joyful celebration! Cheers to many more years!!!!

Enjoyed the mission and have attending most weeks with everyone. We also welcomed Neil.
