A few GoodGym members came to do online yoga.

Yoga talk

Flow is arguably the most productive state of mind. It’s when you’re the most focused on a task showing great skill and working at a more subconscious level. Being Unconsciously competent. You will notice that Time will pass quickly. It’s tricky to do because the mind is full of distracting thoughts that take away from the more productive single-minded flow. Overtime and with practice you will be the best judge of how to get to a flow state. Focusing on breath, balance and precise movements is one way of initiating flow in Yoga. Try closing your eyes or fixing your gaze or are you using your imagination to paint a picture in your mind or monitoring your body movements in detail.
