3 of us gathered on an incredibly chilly Friday afternoon in December to welcome Kevin Sinfield across the finish line of his first (of 7!) ultra marathons in 7 days. We met outside the Minster and donned purple t shirts/tabards for the Leeds Hospital Charity.

John was given the important job of securing the inflatable finish line, initially by holding the rope then guarding the sand bag, making sure no one tripped over it. Jenna and Nicky were marshalls/cheerers, charged with making as much noise as possible when Kev crossed the finish line.

The crowds gathered and it was something pretty special to be part of.

Thanks everyone, hope you've warmed up OK now!
