8 lovely members of the Goodgym Trafford team met at our base location to celebrate all our achievements, complete a focused fitness task and bring some good cheer to our brilliant base location, St Matthew's Community Hub.

Decked out in our (now standard) festive headgear we first set up our grotto with our Goodgym kit and prepared for the festive fitness sesh designed to help us work on our core and glutes over Christmas (in between cheese of course!)

The team practice "dead bug pose"

After a rather rusty but still gutsy rendition of the twelve days of Christmas our resident musical whizz, VICKY treated us to some lovely festive tunes and we chatted through our high points of Goodgym in Trafford to date and what's planned for the 2020 including starter sessions in January and lots of new members on the horizon - HURRAH!

We also congratulated LOUISE on reaching the 10 good deed milestone - WELL DONE!!

This was swiftly followed by more carols and a highly competitive game of "put GG Trafford on the map"!

Once we'd thoroughly entertained ourselves (and everyone else within 100 yards) we spruced up St Ms and wished each other the last goodgym farewell of the decade!

I'm proud of how we've put Goodgym Trafford on the map - Well done and thank you to each and every one of you for being such a brilliant Goodgym team - can't wait to see us go from strength to strength next year!

Merry Fitness, Kate xx
