on yet another wet, windy Wednesday we tipped up to St Ms to help them keep the place in tip top condition.

We sorted, cleaned and restacked a load of tables ready for use. Well done everyone!

Well done to the Trafford crew who ventured out in frankly baltic conditions to sort the christmas decs out for St Matthews Community Hall. We detangled lights, put new strings on baubles and had a right good tidy up. Plus managed a 3k run dodging the icy patches!

The festive period started early for Goodgym Trafford this week as we helped St Matthews Hall get ready for their upcoming events by decorating their foyer.

Armed with our trusty glue gun we repaired the fir garlands, decorated the doors and had a big light switch on!

While our glue was drying we popped off round the block to get some fitness in too.

Well done to our Trafford crew who last night trolley dashed round from St Matthews to the local supermarket to return lost wheels to their home. Once we'd done that we got to work on the flower beds at the side of the car park and tidied them up, making the place look lovely and tidy again.

Well done to Fi and me as we braved the heat and hordes of ants to tidy up the raised flower beds at St Matthew's Community Hall last night.

We chatted our way through chopping, pulling and tidying and were very pleased with our efforts!
