The GoodGym crew descended upon the Jarrolds beauty department to help raise funds and awareness for local breast cancer charity Keeping Abreast. Throughout October, Coleman Opticians have been supporting Keeping Abreasts Pink Octobra campaign by Flocking local businesses with a flamboyance of flamingos! Today, Jarrolds took on the flock and held several money raising activities throughout the beauty department and were joined by GoodGyms Bill, Katy,Liz, Elizabeth, Catherine and David as well as volunteers from Keeping Abreast and Coleman Opticians. There was a really fun and friendly atmosphere all day with people happily engaging with the volunteers to learn more about the charity and digging deep for donations as well as taking part in lucky dips and makeover sessions. The buckets have yet to be tallied (officially) but at last count, including the staff raffle, Jarrolds with GoodGyms help, has raised over £600 today alone which takes the Colemans total well over the 1K mark now! Thank you to all who attended and joined in on the day either as a volunteer, employee or customer! :)

It was a brilliant day really enjoyed chatting to customers and staff. Happy to help out smaller local charities.
