Walnut Halves

This week was all about recovering from a 10k and preparing for a half marathon, with some do -gooding in-between. Everyone is a hero at Goodgym - teaching, training, parenting and weeding on a Wednesday!

So first things first: well done to Bob for shaving 10 minutes of last years time at Colchester 10k with a 57 minute effort and great work from Frazer for dipping under his 45 minute target with a super sprinting up that last hill past the tigers! Bravo!

Back to last night - luckily we tracked down Susan (after some detective work by Em ) and she set us about our task of weeding and litter picking the garden borders of the front car park at Walnut Tree House. A super job it was too!

We posed for a photo and then walked, cycled and ran back home - a few more Km's in the legs and ready to be cheered on this Sunday with our Goodgym T-shirts being proudly worn!
