2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Norwich.

The woman that we helped was very pleased, and impressed, that we were able to help her with this.
Lots of fun, and very satisfying to have helped her with this.
I wasn't the photographer on this occasion, so here's Basil again!
