5 runners return to St Anthony’s Church this evening, unsure of how the weather would pan out rain jackets at the ready or maybe not everyone. We went to meet Eva who soon brushed us along with the task in hand, tonight task was a wheel of fun I’m sure we’ll get a ROUND the playground looking colourful pretty soon.

A lovely mini project for the next couple of weeks will be to paint the tyres from the schools children playground matching their rainbow coloured fence. There are also some from their garden which needs to be painted too.

What are your favourite colours volunteers?

Moving on...

Jess and Naomi helped with moving the tyres across to the sheltered area, whilst Nailed-it Sutyee who carries everything but the kitchen sink in her little rucksack a Nail Clipper to detach the string which was tied around the tyres.

We did in fact have double Jess this evening one in RED corner and YELLOW corner no boxing involved just painting, Jess is also a volunteer for Antz Kids Charity it was lovely having your join us, Jess from Goodgym Slough returns with her 2nd Good Deed tonight we hope you are enjoying the task, you even know how to be photo ready....... Sandy you must be photo ready at all times ok? Haha.

Pam was on dusting duties preparing them for painting I think Pam was our paint expert this evening but she was not sharing her secrets with us only adding a HINT if primer.

Sandy task this evening was “Just Roll with it” great job covering the tyres Sandy but maybe not the right time for Hand Printing Cards just yet.

In total we coated 11 tyres good job everyone and good luck cleaning it off our hands/clothes.

Great Team work!

Please don’t forget we have our Frimley Virtual 5K coming up, a few goodgymers are also supporting Ricky and Harsha Virtual Marathon to cover the 5k distance: https://www.goodgym.org/happenings/virtual-run-frimley-5k-2020.
