Emily, John, Matthew and Simon caught up at The Pavilion Cafe in Victoria Park for our monthly Track Attack Time Trial. Between us, we ran a series of fun 1 mile and 5km distance laps on the openly accessible Victoria Park track, and enjoyed some excellent breakfast at The Hub cafe.

Our Next Track Attack Session

We will be bringing Track Attack to Victoria Dock on Sunday 20th November, from 11am.

We will follow our runs with some coffee and breakfast at the lovely Good Hotel floating restaurant by The Excel.
