Time to take stock ( and check dates ! )

There were four of us that sorted through what seemed like a mountain of tins and packets to check for use by dates and make sure the food bank stock is rotated properly. Linda was in charge of us , Ed ( Linda’s husband ) got more ‘supervision ‘ than James and myself (Mike ) but because we didn’t have to worry about picking orders or putting away the new stock we got a clear run at sorting all the dates. We found maybe , a crate of out of date stock which considering the amount of stock the food bank holds is pretty good.
