Three bags full!

On an exceptionally humid night 4 of us Goodgymer's set off to the canal for a good old litter pick.

We picked along our adopted path, collecting three bags full of litter, hence the pun! As it was so warm I think we were all glad of the rest from running!

Once our bags were full we headed to Aston Lock to drop them off and have our usual picture. We then headed back to base with a 2 mile run along the canal and then back through the city centre. Once back we all unsuprisingly ressembled a rather sweaty mess! But all good fun as it's going to get even hotter tomorrow :)
