There's an app for that!

Lindsay and I took the opportunity to enjoy the autumn sunshine and ran across York, having both completed ParkRun earlier this morning. We were warmly welcomed by Mr & Mrs M before settling down to the task of support Mr M with installing apps and navigating his smartphone. While we were waiting for various downloads it was a great opportunity to learn a bit about their lives breeding horses and trips to America. Having got Mr M fully equipped to tackle the online world of shopping, (we both decided contactless payment via NFC was a step too far), we said our goodbyes and set off for a gentle run home. Mission complete.
