The Wonderful Everday Runch
7 GoodGymers made their way 7.6km on a training session in Sheffield.

A Magnificent Seven of the Sheffield GoodGymmers took part in the 10th GG runch, taking in some Ikea advertising (pictured) along with The Cholera Monument and Norfolk Park.
Troublesome Tom and Sneaky Suze even played a crafty game of Hidey Boo (That's the Sheffield variant of something akin to Hide & Seek for anyone not with kids/ in the know!) ....with the rest of us. And there we were thinking they were going for a segment...
Discussion included whether or not the GNR counts as a real half marathon, the merits of sea level and also relative whale sizes.
