It was a bit wierd to see fellow GoodGymers in formal outfits on yesterday's London Social. So when I saw Sevan in a Goodym T-shirt waiting outside Mrs.D's house, it felt good to see things go back to normal.

Mr.D would be discharged from the hospital in 3 days(Monday). So Mrs.D wanted to make space in the living room on the ground floor to put the hospital bed. She already packed things in boxes and bags and they were lying all over the place. After initial analysis, Sevan suggested his thoughts on where the best place to put the bed was and we decided to clear that space.

Mrs.D asked us to remove two slabs from the convertible dining table as it would make some space. Even after shrinking the table, we felt there was not enough space to put a bed. Also, Mrs.D was moving all the things up the stairs when we arrived. Most of the boxes looked heavy. So we thought the best way of helping her would be to move stuff to the bedroom upstairs. To help assist Mr.D in walking upstairs, there were firm railings installed on both sides of the stairs which made things easy for us to move upstairs. We cooled ourselves with cold water which Mrs.D served for us.

We then decided to move the coffee table out of the living room and put the dining table there so that the other half of the living room had more space to fit the hospital bed. Before leaving we asked if Mrs.D needed any other help. She asked us to hang the curtains back as they fell off.

Sevan climbed the ladder to figure out the mechanism of how to put the curtains back. He found half the mechanism and asked me to check and give my opinion. I was trying a few things and found a way to put the curtain sleeve out of luck. Once we finished hanging the curtains, Mrs. D's neighbor visited us. He was planning to help Mrs.D hang the curtains back. As we've already done that, he congratulated us for the awesome job we did.
