The rain event!

Luckily, seven GoodGym Coventry members braved the forecast storms that had been hitting Coventry all day and were due to continue into the evening and took part in a litter pick and hills session.

As the forecast was so bad, we decided to do an out and back session rather than a longer litter pick. Although at first glance the paths looked relatively tidy, 3 full bags of litter were still collected from bridge 1 along paths of the canal to the canal basin.

Somehow, the rain stayed away till the hills session at the end, where all the runners pushed themselves to maintain good form whilst reaching the top of the hill rep- all runners choosing the longer rep!
